Information for Business Owners


We are a young locally owned, family oriented business that is trying to create a win-win scenario for both you and us.

We recognize that our services have to bring value to you and augment your normal business. We try to maintain a fun atmosphere and work hard to make sure it is enjoyable for all. We are not part of any national chain and realize, for us to succeed, you must receive maximum value. We focus on making our customers, both players and your establishment, satisfied. In doing so, the Establishment, All American Poker, and the Game Winners benefit from the experience.

We are new to owning this type of business but have been involved with this type of service for over a year and know what it takes to be successful.

We want to be your provider of entertainment services.


THE POINTS
PLAYER POINTS
Players are awarded points towards entry into monthly invitational tournaments. Points can be earned by being one of the final 16 players in a nightly tournament. Points are also given for playing in the 2nd chance games and in marketing promotions.

Final Table
The top sixteen players in a tournament: Points are calculated per night by the amount of people in the game. 100 points are given for each player. If there are 32 people, then there is 3200 points available. The following break down is how the points are split.
Finish Points:
1st - 30%
2nd - 20%
3rd - 13%
4th - 8%
5th - 7%
6th - 5%
7th - 4%
8th - 3%
9th - 2%
10th - 2%
11th-16th - 1%

Bounties:
Bounty chips collected are accumulated for the month. The player with the most bounties at the end of the month will be awarded a prize.

2nd Chance Game:
250 Points are awarded in the 2nd Chance game to the winner or to the person with the most chips when game is ended.

Invitational Starting Chips:
The top point leaders are awarded extra starting chips at the monthly invitational tournaments.

1st-5th place - 8000 chips
6th-15th place - 7000 chips
16th-30th place - 6000 chips
31st-120th place - 5000 chips

The Game
THE GAME

No Limit Texas Hold'em All events are played in a 'Double Blind', dealer button format with the blinds increasing every fifteen minutes. All players will be required to sign in and/or register and sign a player agreement and disclaimer before they can participate in Dynamite Poker events. Poker Chips
Tournament players will be allocated 20 chips totaling 5000 and 1 Bounty chip. 2nd Chance game players will be allocated 12 chips totaling 2000. Chips have no cash value and are the property of All American Poker.

The Deal
The player to the left of the button posts the small blind. The player to the left of the small blind posts the big blind. Each player, beginning with the player to the left of the button, is dealt two cards face-down (The Pocket Cards). The first betting round begins with the player to the left of the big blind. The small and big blinds may fold, check, call, or raise, as appropriate, when called upon to act. The dealer burns one card and turns three community cards face-up (The Flop). The second betting round begins with the player to the left of the button. The dealer burns one card and turns one community card face-up (The Turn). The third betting round begins with the player to the left of the button. The dealer burns one card and turns one community card face-up (The River). The fourth, and final, betting round begins with the player to the left of the button. Card showdown with the pot being awarded to the winner(s). The dealer button is advanced clockwise one player.


THE PRIZES
Prizes are given to the nightly winners of each tournament.
1st game - $10 gift card to the venue or $10 cash
2nd game - Payout will be 50 cents a player with a minimum of a $10 prize. Anyone who plays the 2nd game is eligible for the prize payout.

Monthly Tournament:

1st Place - $400
2nd Place - $200
3rd Place - $100
4th Place - $50
5th Place - $40
6th Place - $30
7th Place - $25
8th Place - $20
9th & 10th Place - Prize

Prizes also awarded to the following:
Player of the Month
Bounty Chip Leader of the Month

To qualify for the monthly invitational tournament, you must accumulate points throughout the month and be one of the top 120 players.

You may also qualify for the invitational tournament the day of the tournament at the pre-qualifying event before the final tournament. The final 16 players will be allowed into the final tournament.
